The private company owns ... a small broad gauge Peterburg-Sestroretskaya or Primorskaya railway, built in 1894-1895. This road has a lively traffic as between St. Petersburg and Sestroretsk, where a resort is being organized, and between St. Petersburg and Lisii Nos, from where there is a proper steamship service to Kronstadt.

Along the Primorskaya railway at the nearest platform behind the Sestroretsk resort on two plots of land allotted by the Ministry of Agriculture and State Property, the “Sanatorium of the St. Petersburg Charitable Society of followers of homeopathy” is now completed and opened to the public. <...> The whole place, slightly mountainous, is divided into 10 plots, and the largest of them, at the same time the highest, is reserved for the main building, arranged in the character of a hotel, in the other plots there are separate cottages of two types. <...> Convenient connection to the resort for a very cheap fee (6 rouble season's ticket) gives everyone living the opportunity to enjoy the amenities of a well-appointed resort: baths, sea baths and music.
